Our facility houses a robust extraction line featuring two 700L capacity vessels adept at both water and solvent-based extractions. Extracts are efficiently processed through a 600L concentrator, complemented by a 700L solvent recovery unit to ensure process optimization and sustainability.
Our capabilities include a commercial-scale spray dryer (feed rate up to 30
L/hour) for full production, supported by a pilot-scale dryer (up to 5 L/hour) for
seamless R&D, process optimization, and validation.
